Medium-to-heavily peated single malt Scotch whisky (approximately 30-35 ppm phenols in malted barley), double distilled in wide-lantern copper pot stills filled below capacity to maximize reflux, chill-filtered, contains added caramel coloring (E150a), bottled at 43% ABV in 700ml and 750ml sizes; water sourced from Loch Nam Ban; malt from Port Ellen Maltings; matured for 12 years almost exclusively in refill American oak ex-bourbon hogsheads.
