Medium-peated single malt Scotch whisky (approximately 25 ppm phenols in malted barley), distilled twice in copper pot stills, matured for 12 years in a combination of American oak ex-bourbon barrels and Spanish oak ex-sherry casks in the No. 1 Vaults below sea level, chill-filtered, contains added caramel coloring (E150a), bottled at 40% ABV in 700ml and 750ml sizes; water sourced from Laggan River; partial floor maltings using Islay peat.
