Talisker Storm is an Island single malt Scotch whisky produced by the Talisker Distillery on the Isle of Skye, introduced in 2013 as a non-age-statement release. It is crafted by marrying together single malts aged across varying maturities in a combination of re-charred and new first-fill American oak bourbon casks . The whisky is presented at 45.8% ABV in a 750ml bottle . The flavor profile features sea-sodden oak, clean brine, charcoal smoke, honey, sea salt, salted butter, medicinal peat smoke, black pepper, red chili flakes, oak char, sweet toffee, and lingering salt .
