Godawan Single Malt Series 01 Rich & Rounded

Godawan Series 01 "Rich & Rounded" is an Indian single malt whisky produced by Diageo India at their Alwar distillery in Rajasthan. It is crafted from locally sourced North Indian six-row barley and matured in American bourbon casks, finished in Pedro Ximénez sherry casks, and uniquely finished in oak casks treated with traditional Indian botanicals Rasna and Jatamansi. The whisky is non-chill filtered and presented at 46% ABV in a 750ml bottle. The flavor profile features Madeira cake, orange wine, chai spice, honeysuckle, white chocolate, fruitcake, sticky dates, milk chocolate, espresso, caramelized baklava, malty biscuits, sweet toffee, and dry wood.
