Aultmore 18 Year Old is a Speyside single malt Scotch whisky produced by the Aultmore Distillery in Keith, Scotland, part of John Dewar & Sons' "Last Great Malts" collection . It is matured for a minimum of 18 years in a combination of ex-bourbon and refill sherry casks, non-chill filtered with natural colour . The whisky is presented at 46% ABV in a 750ml bottle . The flavor profile features orchard fruits, green apples, pears, ripe banana, cut grass, honeyed fudge, herbal spice, vanilla sugar, peaches, citrus zest, toasted almonds, brown sugar, malty backbone, oak spice, white pepper, cocoa nibs, and fruity sweetness .
