Unpeated single malt Scotch whisky distilled twice in large traditional copper pot stills using rapid fermentation and quick distillation runs, non-chill-filtered, natural colour, matured for 12 years primarily in refill American oak ex-bourbon casks (hogsheads and barrels), bottled at 46% ABV in 700ml and 750ml sizes; water sourced from Auchinderran Burn via Foggie Moss area; flavour profile defined as clean, light, and fruity.
