Greater Than is a London Dry Gin produced in small batches using a traditional copper pot still with 9 distinct botanicals: Macedonian juniper berries, Spanish orange peel, German angelica root, almonds, chamomile, and Indian ginger, sweet fennel, lemongrass, and coriander seeds. Bottled at 42.8% ABV in a 750ml bottle. Flavor profile features piney juniper, fresh lemon and orange peel, coriander seeds, sweet fennel, ginger, and peppery warmth.
