Product Story & Guide
Cuban aged white rum (Añejo Blanco). Alcohol content ranges from 37.5% to 40% ABV (75 to 80 proof) depending on regional market. The rum is produced from 100% Cuban sugarcane molasses using continuous distillation, followed by aging for a minimum of 3 years in white oak casks (primarily ex-bourbon barrels) in traditional warehouses. The aged spirit is then charcoal-filtered to remove most dark color while retaining complex oak nuances. The appearance is clear, pale golden straw with bright yellow highlights. Closure is screw cap. Available bottle sizes include 700ml, 750ml, and 1 Litre. Nutritional information per 100ml is approximately 921 kJ (222 kcal) for 37.5% ABV variants and up to 1,184 kJ (283 kcal) for 40% ABV variants, with 0g fat, 0.1g protein, less than 0.3g residual sugar, and 0g salt. No specific barrel char level, charcoal filtration specifications, or individual cask details are provided by the producer.
