Mateus Medium Sweet Rose

Still rose wine (faint frizzante character). Master cuvée of indigenous Portuguese red varieties including Baga, Rufete, Tinta Barroca, and Touriga Franca. Destemmed and gently crushed. Limited skin-contact maceration. Fermented at cool 16°C in stainless steel vats. No oak aging. Bottled at 10.5% ABV (±0.5%) in 750ml. Total sugars 30 g/L, total acidity 5.9 g/L (±0.5 tartaric), pH 3.2 (±0.1). Closure varies (cork or screw cap). Contains sulfites.
