Limited-edition Japanese craft gin from the Seasonal Festival Collection. Alcohol content is 43% ABV (86 proof). The gin is rooted in Shun, the Japanese practice of harvesting botanicals at their peak seasonal moment. The recipe builds upon the foundation of 8 traditional gin botanicals and 6 core Japanese elements (yuzu peel, Uji green teas (sencha and gyokuro), sanshō pepper) plus two spring-specific botanicals: sakura flower (hand-harvested for floral sweetness) and sakura leaf (providing subtle saltiness). The appearance is crystal clear. Packaging features the hexagonal Roku bottle with a pink and metallic-toned label by washi paper artist Eriko Horiko, designed to simulate falling petals. No specific still sizes, vacuum pressure levels, or individual botanical proportions are specified by the producer. This expression is crafted to celebrate Hanami, the Japanese cherry blossom viewing festival.
