Cambridge Dry Gin

Premium British craft gin. Alcohol content is 42% ABV (84 proof). Bottle size is 700ml. The gin is produced using individual volumetric distillation, in which each botanical is distilled separately in small batches (under 2 litres) under vacuum to preserve heat-sensitive flavors, then blended together. The recipe features botanicals sourced from English gardens and foraging, including Macedonian juniper, fresh basil, rosemary, lemon verbena, blackcurrant leaf, rose petals, violet petals, and angelica seed. The appearance is crystal clear. No specific still size, vacuum pressure level, or fermentation details are specified by the producer. The brand was founded by master distiller William Lowe and his wife Lucy.
