Ultra-premium contemporary savoury gin positioned as the world's first digestif gin. Alcohol content is 42% ABV (84 proof). The gin is produced using vacuum distillation, with each botanical distilled individually in small one-litre batches at low temperatures to preserve volatile truffle aromas. The recipe includes white Alba truffle from Piedmont, Italy, Macedonian juniper, coriander seed, black pepper, and earthy herbs. The appearance is brilliant, flawless, and water-clear. No specific vacuum pressure levels, still dimensions, or individual botanical proportions are specified by the producer. The gin was created by master distiller William Lowe to achieve aged spirit characteristics without oak barrel aging.
