Bombay Sapphire is a premium London Dry Gin produced from a 100% premium neutral grain spirit distilled from fine wheat and malt, using a rare Vapour Infusion method via modified Carterhead copper stills where neutral alcohol vapor rises through copper baskets holding ten botanicals to absorb essential oils. The ten botanicals include Juniper Berries from Tuscany, Lemon Peel from Spain, Coriander Seeds from Morocco, Angelica Root from Saxony, Orris Root from Florence, Grains of Paradise from West Africa, Cubeb Berries from Java, Cassia Bark from Indochina, Almonds from Spain, and Liquorice Root from China. Bottled at 40% ABV in a 750ml bottle. Flavor profile features lemon zest, piney juniper, baking spices, citrus notes, nutty oils, coriander, orris root, exotic spices, and cracked black pepper.
