Product Story & Guide
Traditional London Dry Gin. Alcohol content is 40% ABV (80 proof) or 44% ABV (88 proof) depending on regional market. The gin is crafted in traditional copper pot stills using a 24-hour steeping process in which botanicals are steeped in high-quality neutral grain spirit prior to distillation. The recipe contains nine all-natural botanicals: juniper berries, coriander seeds, lemon peel, Seville orange peel, almond, angelica root, angelica seed, licorice root, and orris root. The appearance is clear, bright, and crystalline. No specific copper still size, distillation run details, or batch variability information is specified by the producer. The brand was created by James Burrough in 1863.
