MacRoys Sherry Finish is a blended Scotch whisky produced by Angus Dundee Distillers in Scotland. It is initially aged in American oak ex-bourbon barrels, then finished in Spanish sherry casks to impart deep color and sweet fruit profiles . The whisky is presented at 42.8% ABV in a 750ml bottle. The flavor profile features praline, cocoa, roasted coconut, toasted almonds, honey, baking spices, chocolate-covered raisins, figs, crème caramel, Christmas fruitcake, dried fruits, nutmeg, and dark chocolate.
