Dewars 8 Year Old Portuguese Smooth

Dewar's 8 Year Old Portuguese Smooth is an aged blended Scotch whisky produced by John Dewar & Sons as the third release in their Cask Series. It is crafted from up to 30 different single malt and grain whiskies, each aged for a minimum of 8 years, and finished for 4 to 6 months in authentic Portuguese Ruby Port wine casks . The whisky is presented at 40% ABV in a 750ml bottle . The flavor profile features raspberry jam, dark plum, red grape must, stone fruits, honeycomb, toasted oak spice, candied cherries, apricots, figs, milk chocolate, caramel, wood smoke, wine gums, vanilla glaze, and ground pepper.
