Ballantines 7 Year Old Bourbon Finish

Ballantine's 7 Year Old Bourbon Finish is a blended Scotch whisky produced by Chivas Brothers under Pernod Ricard, crafted by Master Blender Sandy Hyslop. It is matured for a minimum of 7 years in traditional oak casks, then finished in first-fill American bourbon barrels to add extra layers of creaminess and vanilla sweetness. The whisky is presented at 40% ABV in a 750ml bottle. The flavor profile features caramelized red apples, honey, vanilla, coconut, floral notes, pear, toffee, crème brûlée, biscuity malt, black pepper, and dry oak spice.
