Chang Classic Beer

European-style pale lager. Alcohol content is 5.0% ABV (historically 6.4%, standardized globally to 5.0%). The beer is produced using a traditional "Lamiat" brewing process utilizing deep well water. Ingredients include multi-filtered artesian water, 100% malted barley base, carefully selected bitter and aroma hops, proprietary bottom-fermenting lager yeast, and local premium rice as an adjunct to lighten body and produce a clean finish. Serving temperature range is 2–4°C (36–39°F). The appearance is amber gold or clear straw. Available packaging includes 320ml, 330ml, 620ml, and 640ml bottles as well as 320ml and 490ml cans.
