Suntory Toki is a blended Japanese whisky crafted by Chief Blender Shinji Fukuyo, featuring spirits from Suntory's three iconic distilleries: Hakushu American white oak cask malt whisky provides fresh herbaceous notes, Yamazaki malt whisky adds depth and richness, and Chita heavy-type grain whisky contributes smoothness and structure. The blend elevates grain whisky to equal prominence alongside malt whisky. Bottled at 43% ABV in a 750ml bottle. Flavor profile features basil, green apple, honey, grapefruit, green grapes, peppermint, thyme, vanilla oak, white pepper, and ginger.
