Jim Beam Honey is a flavored bourbon liqueur crafted by infusing natural golden honey into aged Jim Beam Kentucky Straight Bourbon. The base bourbon is produced from a mash bill of 77% Yellow Corn, 13% Rye, and 10% Malted Barley, fully matured in brand-new level-4 alligator-charred American white oak barrels before the honey blending stage. Bottled at 35% ABV in a 750ml bottle. Flavor profile features floral honey, maple syrup, vanilla fudge, corn grain, toasted oak, brown sugar, vanilla custard, toasted nuts, cinnamon spice, charred oak, honeyed corn, vanilla cream, and spiced oak.
