Jim Beam Devil's Cut Kentucky Straight Bourbon

Jim Beam Devil's Cut is a Kentucky Straight Bourbon whiskey produced using a proprietary extraction process where empty, freshly dumped barrels are mechanically agitated to release the high-proof bourbon trapped inside the wood fibers of the charred staves. This extracted barrel-wood spirit is then blended with extra-aged 6-year-old Jim Beam bourbon. The whiskey is fully matured in brand-new level-4 alligator charred American white oak barrels. Bottled at 45% ABV in a 750ml bottle. Flavor profile features charred oak resin, pencil shavings, Muscovado sugar, caramel fudge, tobacco, vanilla cream, cinnamon, oak tannins, peanut butter, dark chocolate, molasses, black pepper, ginger, spicy oak, stewed tea, and bonfire smoke.
