Jim Beam Black is a Kentucky Straight Bourbon whiskey produced from a mash bill of 75% Corn, 13% Rye, and 12% Malted Barley, using the same family heirloom jug-yeast culture since 1933. The whiskey is matured for a minimum of 7 years in brand-new charred American white oak barrels with deep level-4 alligator charring. Bottled at 45% ABV in a 750ml bottle. Flavor profile features toasted oak, rich caramel, creamy vanilla, salted peanuts, roasted pecans, dark brown sugar, dark molasses, vanilla custard, honeyed corn, espresso beans, dark cocoa, heavy oak char, black pepper, nutmeg, cinnamon, and spiced oak tannins.
