Jameson Caskmates Stout Edition Irish Whiskey

Jameson Caskmates Stout Edition is a blended Irish whiskey composed of triple-distilled single pot still and grain whiskies. The whiskey undergoes primary maturation in traditional ex-bourbon and sherry casks, followed by a finishing period of roughly 4 to 6 months inside custom Irish craft stout beer-seasoned oak barrels. The base spirit is completely unpeated and triple-distilled in copper pot and column stills. Bottled at 40% ABV in a 750ml bottle. Flavor profile features fresh-cut hay, green apple, pear, lime zest, hazelnut, milk chocolate, subtle hops, cocoa beans, creamy butterscotch, and rich butterscotch.
