Jack Daniel's Single Barrel Select Tennessee Whiskey

Jack Daniel's Single Barrel Select is a Tennessee whiskey produced from a mash bill of 80% Corn, 12% Malted Barley, and 8% Rye. Barrels are aged exclusively on the highest floors of the distillery's rickhouses, where drastic seasonal temperature swings maximize flavor extraction. The whiskey is mellowed through 10 feet of sugar maple charcoal via the Lincoln County Process prior to barreling. Each barrel is hand-selected by the Master Distiller from fewer than 1% of inventory and bottled individually. Water is drawn from Cave Spring Hollow. Bottled at 45% ABV in a 750ml bottle. Flavor profile features dark caramel, sweet vanilla, toasted oak, sweet corn, pipe tobacco, charred maple wood, ripe cherries, brown sugar, dark molasses, vanilla bean, black pepper, rye baking spices, charred wood, toasted nuts, and baking spice.
