Jack Daniel's Old No. 7 Tennessee Whiskey

Jack Daniel's Old No. 7 is a straight Tennessee whiskey produced from a mash bill of 80% Yellow Corn, 12% Barley Malt, and 8% Rye. The spirit undergoes the Lincoln County Process, where the freshly distilled whiskey is slowly dripped through 10 feet of tightly packed sugar maple charcoal over 3 to 5 days to soften the spirit and remove harsh corn oils. Maturation takes place exclusively in virgin American white oak barrels manufactured, toasted, and charred in-house. Water is drawn from Cave Spring Hollow on the distillery grounds. Bottled at 40% ABV in a 750ml bottle. Flavor profile features ripe bananas, sweet corn, brown sugar, toasted oak, vanilla cream, charcoal smoke, caramel, dark molasses, vanilla custard, red apples, toasted nuts, baking spices, charred wood, sweet corn grain, and maple smoke.
