Gentleman Jack Double Mellowed Tennessee Whiskey

Gentleman Jack is a Tennessee whiskey produced from a mash bill of 80% Corn, 12% Barley Malt, and 8% Rye. It undergoes a double charcoal mellowing process: the freshly distilled spirit is filtered through 10 feet of sugar maple charcoal before barreling, and again after maturation to strip away heavy wood tannins. Maturation takes place exclusively in brand-new char-toasted virgin American white oak barrels crafted by the distillery's own cooperage. Water is drawn from Cave Spring Hollow. Bottled at 40% ABV in a 750ml bottle. Flavor profile features vanilla cream, brown sugar, toasted oak, red apples, citrus peel, maple sweetness, caramel, honeyed corn, vanilla fudge, baked banana, almond praline, cinnamon spice, sweet oak, and soft caramel.
