The Glenlivet 12 Years Old Double Oak Single Malt Scotch Whisky

The Glenlivet 12 Years Old is a single malt Scotch whisky matured for a minimum of 12 years using Double Oak maturation, with the spirit matured simultaneously in traditional European oak casks and American oak ex-bourbon barrels before being blended together. Distillation takes place in signature lantern-shaped copper pot stills with tall, wide necks that promote maximum copper contact, producing a light, elegant, non-smoky distillate. Water is sourced from Josie's Well on the estate. Bottled at 40% ABV in a 750ml bottle. Flavor profile features pineapple, banana, summer meadows, apricot, pear skin, citrus blossom, honey, peaches, apples, vanilla cream, toffee, and dry oaky spice.
