Talisker Skye Single Malt Scotch Whisky

Talisker Skye is a single malt Scotch whisky matured in a combination of refill American oak casks and freshly rejuvenated oak casks that are deeply toasted to impart amplified vanilla, coconut, and caramel notes. The whisky is peated to approximately 20 ppm. Distillation uses custom copper pot stills with U-shaped return pipes and exterior wooden worm tubs, preserving a viscous oil-rich texture. Bottled at 45.8% ABV in a 750ml bottle. Flavor profile features salted caramel, honey, orchard fruits, peat smoke, sea salt, orange zest, dry oak, honeyed malt, toffee, citrus oils, maritime brine, black pepper, earthy peat smoke, dark chocolate, bonfire ash, and warming spices.
