Oban 14 Years Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky

Oban 14 Years Old is a single malt Scotch whisky matured for a minimum of 14 years primarily in traditional refill American oak ex-bourbon barrels. Distillation uses just two small lantern-shaped copper pot stills, with hot spirit vapors cooled using traditional exterior wooden worm tubs rather than modern condensers, limiting copper contact and imparting a robust texture. Water is sourced from Loch Gleann a' Bhearraidh. Bottled at 43% ABV in a 750ml bottle. Flavor profile features fresh pears, lemons, oranges, sea-air breeze, light peat smoke, dry oak, autumnal fruits, honey, malt, sea salt, black pepper, medicinal herbs, oak tannins, and sea spray.
