Highland Park 12 Years Old Viking Honour Single Malt Scotch Whisky

Highland Park 12 Years Old Viking Honour is a single malt Scotch whisky matured for a minimum of 12 years predominantly in hand-selected sherry-seasoned European and American oak casks. The whisky is peated to roughly 20 ppm using hand-cut Hobbister Moor peat, which contains decomposed floral heather, resulting in sweet aromatic smoke. The distillery maintains traditional on-site floor maltings, turning roughly 20% of its own malt by hand. The whisky is 100% natural color with no artificial caramel added. Bottled at 40% ABV in a 750ml bottle. Flavor profile features heather honey, orchard fruits, winter spices, raisins, peat smoke, Seville orange marmalade, fruitcake, malt, vanilla, toasted almonds, cinnamon, spiced oak, and heathery sweetness.
