Old Monk XXX Very Old Vatted Rum

Old Monk XXX is a vatted dark rum produced from pure high-grade sugarcane molasses, using natural fermentation with local Himalayan spring water. The rum is aged for a minimum of 7 years in select oak barrels, after which the aged components are combined in large blending vats to marry the flavor profiles. Bottled at 42.8% ABV in a 750ml bottle. Flavor profile features sweet vanilla, caramelized sugar, dark molasses, baking spices, dark chocolate, cocoa cream, sweet coffee, maple sweetness, and smoky oak.
