Old Monk Supreme

Old Monk Supreme is a vatted dark rum produced from pure high-grade sugarcane molasses, aged for a minimum of 7 to 12 years in charred oak barrels within India's tropical climate which accelerates wood interaction. The rum is blended with highly matured aged spirits and bottled in an iconic glass bottle molded into the shape of a standing monk, with the removable crown serving as both cap and built-in peg measure. Bottled at 42.8% ABV in a 750ml bottle. Flavor profile features burnt caramel, sweet molasses, dark brown sugar, maple syrup, vanilla bean, Christmas fruitcake, roasted coffee grounds, bitter cocoa, dark chocolate, dry wood spice, tobacco leaf, cinnamon, and black tea.
