Mount Gay Eclipse Barbados Rum

Mount Gay Eclipse is a Barbadian aged gold rum produced from high-grade sugarcane molasses and local coral-filtered spring water, distilled using a blend of traditional copper pot stills and column stills. The rum is matured in charred ex-American whiskey Kentucky bourbon casks, with zero added sugar. Bottled at 40% ABV in a 750ml bottle. Flavor profile features fresh vanilla, toasted almond, ripe banana esters, dark chocolate, summer fruits, caramel, burnt molasses, baking spices, smoke, and charred oak.
