Bacardi Carta Blanca

Bacardi Carta Blanca is a white rum produced from high-quality sugarcane molasses, using a parallel distillation approach that creates both a flavorful heavy-bodied variant and a crisp light-bodied variant which are blended together. The rum is purposefully aged in lightly charred American white oak barrels for 1 to 2 years, then passed through a proprietary secret charcoal filtration process to remove color while locking in flavors. Bottled at 40% ABV in a 750ml bottle. Flavor profile features orange blossom, lavender, rose, apricot, lime, light coconut, ripe banana, almonds, vanilla, and citrus.
