Black & White Blended Scotch Whisky

Black & White is a blended Scotch whisky containing a high proportion of grain whiskies blended with selected malt whiskies. The malty foundation utilizes spirits from Dalwhinnie, Clynelish, and Glendullan distilleries. Component spirits are matured individually in a combination of American ex-Bourbon casks and traditional Sherry oak casks. The whisky is extensively charcoal and chill-filtered, and bottled at 40% ABV in a 750ml bottle. Flavor profile features grain sweetness, vanilla, honey, caramel, citrus zest, cinnamon, and a faint whisper of peat smoke.
