Yellow Label Brut is a blend of 50-55% Pinot Noir for structure, 15-20% Pinot Meunier for fruitiness, and 28-33% Chardonnay for elegance. It incorporates up to 45% reserve wines aged up to 30 years to ensure consistency and complexity and is aged for a minimum of 3 years.

Tasting Notes:
Aroma: Notes of white and yellow fruits like pear, apple, peach, complemented by citrus hints of mandarin and grapefruit and gourmand brioche aromas
Palate: Flavors of pear, peach, pastry with dried fruit complexity from lees aging
Finish: Fine, persistent effervescence with balanced freshness and silkiness
