Tomintoul 16 Year Old is crafted using malted barley and pure spring water from the Ballantruan Spring, distilled in traditional copper pot stills, and aged 16 years in oak casks for a rich, complex character marked by elegant smoothness.

Description

 History:
Tomintoul Distillery, established in 1964, located in the heart of Speyside Glenlivet, Scotland. It is known as “The Gentle Dram,” focusing on smooth, approachable single malt whiskies with traditional craftsmanship. Built in 1964–65 near the village of Tomintoul, the distillery expanded in 1974 with two additional stills and later came under Angus Dundee ownership, growing its single‑malt range through the 2000s.
