This single malt Scotch is predominantly aged in refill ex-bourbon casks with a portion matured in Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso sherry casks, contributing to its rich, fruity character. Bottled at 40% ABV, it presents a smooth yet complex profile with layered flavors of fruit, nuts, and subtle spices.

Tasting Notes:

• Aroma: Soft, inviting, dry, with notes of stewed fruits (apricot preserve), ripe apples, berries, roasted nuts like hazelnut and walnut, dry tea leaves, and pine resin.

• Palate: Medium to full-bodied with rich cocoa bitterness, toffee, mint, rhubarb, apple juice, almond biscuit hints, wood spice, and darkening sweet fruits.

• Finish: Long, drying with oak, stewed fruit freshness, light wood-smoke, mild black pepper, and vanilla sweetness.
