This expression embodies the distillery’s innovative maturation, enhancing its traditional honey-forward character with deeper oak integration and subtle sherry influence.​

Tasting notes

• Aroma: Honeyed elegance with green apple, creamy toffee, vanilla oak, and hints of dried fruits and spice.​

• Palate: Textured layers of ripe pear, cinnamon, dark chocolate, toffee, and balanced sherry sweetness with malty depth.​

• Finish: Long and warming with lingering spice, oak dryness, subtle sherry, and a refined honeyed fade.​
