The result is an approachable, mildly sweet rum with vanilla, coconut, sugarcane syrup, and a touch of white pepper and citrus pith.

Tasting notes

• Aroma: Light vanilla, coconut flakes, marshmallow, cane syrup, and faint banana peel.

• Palate: Soft entry with vanilla cream, toasted coconut, light caramel, white pepper, and a hint of pineapple.
