Redbreast 12 Year Old is matured in a mix of bourbon and sherry casks for a minimum of 12 years, bottled at a standard 40% ABV. It is famed for its creamy texture, complex spice, and fruit character that offers an authentic taste of Irish single pot still whiskey.

Tasting Notes:

• Aroma: Nutty and rich, with dried peels, ginger, linseed, fruit, caramel, orange blossom honey, vanilla, toasted nuts, banana, and pears.​

• Palate: Full-bodied and creamy with flavors of buttery hot-cross buns, dried fruits, baking spices, honey, pepper, and spiced oak.​

• Finish: Long, warm, with lingering spices, malt sweetness, lemon rind, and pepper.​
