Grand Brut is a harmonious non-vintage blend of 40% Pinot Noir for structure, 40% Pinot Meunier for fruitiness, and 20% Chardonnay for finesse. Sourced from approximately 40 different crus with 15-18% reserve wines, aged minimum 30 months on lees, delivering refined elegance and complexity.

Tasting Notes:
Aroma: White flowers, orchard blossoms, lime blossom, honeysuckle, fresh lemon, bergamot, pear, green apple, apricot, brioche, vanilla
Palate: Frank and open with white fruit, stone fruit, citrus zest, honey, grapefruit, red apple, subtle earthiness
Finish: Crisp, mineral, chalky with long persistence and balanced complexity
