• Aroma: Sweet vanilla, sticky toffee pudding, ginger, cinnamon, apples, pears, shortbread, and mild smoke

• Palate: Fruity, vanilla, caramel, citrus, grassy and buttery notes with subtle peat influence

• Finish: Clean, smooth, lingering with lemon zest, brown sugar, mild smoke and wood.​
