Kingfisher Ultra is a premium American-style pale lager with an alcohol by volume (ABV) of 5%. It is brewed with pure water, fine malted barley, premium European hops, and select yeast strains. Some versions of the beer, like the “Ultra Max,” have a higher ABV, ranging between 6.5% and 8%, positioning them in the strong lager category. The use of rice in the brewing process imparts a crisp profile, often likened to the crispness of Japanese lagers. Known for its smooth texture and subtle hop bitterness, it offers a more refined drinking experience compared to regular lagers.
