Product Description: An ultra‑premium “Kyoto Dry” gin built on a rice‑spirit base, using Kyoto/Fushimi water and 11 Japanese botanicals such as yuzu, sansho pepper, ginger, gyokuro tea, and hinoki/bamboo, distilled in segmented groups and blended for harmony.​

Tasting Notes:

  • Aroma: Bright yuzu citrus, green tea nuance, and fresh sansho over a clean juniper frame.​

  • Palate: Silky rice‑spirit texture with layered citrus, tea umami, herbal spice, and cedar‑like hints.​
