While traditional Jack Daniel’s Old No. 7 undergoes a single charcoal mellowing, Gentleman Jack is double-mellowed. The whiskey is first filtered before aging and again after maturation, just before bottling. This distinctive method enhances its smoothness and creates a refined character that retains the signature Jack Daniel’s flavor with additional depth and softness.
