Dark Origins is a sherried expression featuring 80% first-fill sherry casks (60% European oak, 20% American oak) and 20% refill sherry casks. It offers a darker, richer flavor with strong sherry influence and smoky undertones.

Tasting Notes
Aroma: Sherried spice, ripe bananas, roasted hazelnuts, baked apple.
Palate: Well-balanced with dry peat, maraschino cherries, warm dark chocolate.
Finish: Lingering sweet smoke.
