This Island Single Malt Scotch Whisky is matured in a high percentage of first-fill Sherry-seasoned European oak, first-fill Sherry American oak, and a few refill casks. The whisky features Orkney’s signature floral heather peat, and the ceramic decanter was created in collaboration with Wade Ceramics, inspired by ancient earthenware.
