Created from whiskies aged 13-30 years, matured in ex-bourbon and Oloroso sherry casks rescued from the snow-damaged warehouses, creating a rich and layered single malt whisky with compelling backstory.

Tasting Notes

Aroma: Creamy vanilla, fresh apples, soft blossom, pear, and oak.
Palate: Roasted apples, heather honey, subtle chocolate, burnt sugar, coffee, and smoky hints.
Finish: Exceptionally long, smooth sherry notes with a sweet, warming finish.
