Matured in hand-selected American bourbon, European oak, and red wine casks, this single malt uses a unique Solera vat process for elegant sweetness, spice, and citrus notes in a smooth, refined expression.
Tasting Notes
Aroma:Â Vanilla pod, orange zest, rock cakes, soft caramel, and gentle oak with hints of orchard fruits.
Palate:Â Initial peppery spice gives way to warming sherry, melted butter, toffee, vanilla, citrus, dried fruits, and nuts.
Finish:Â Long and satisfying with fresh cream, brown sugar, blueberries, and a gentle warming linger.
